Katie Jane is one of the sweetest girls I have ever known. She has opened up and when big guys kneel down to pat her she wraps her “arms” around them and gives kisses. They just melt with that. She cuddles all night with us, whether me, Fred, Max (elderly blue tick) or Georgia Peach (very elderly coonhound). She is a lover. She is great at daycare and keeps all moving – a playtime leader it seems. She has graduated from Family Dog 1 & 2, and this week we start Nose Work. We are still working on her counter/table/whatever surfing and her love of putting holes in any type of cloth. We call it “Puppy Art”, and it is especially obvious on handkerchiefs. She is growing but I think now slowing and will max out between 55 – 60 lbs. She is now about 52 lbs. Our senior blue tick has new life, and even 16 yr. old Georgia Peach is playing with Max again.
Thank you for our sweet Katie. This family got the wonderful girl they needed. The old saying “Who Rescued Who” couldn't be more true.
