We welcomed Holly into our family on New Year's Eve 2010, and she is a most perfect fit for us!! What a great personality, and just the right mix of fun, spunky, laid back, and snuggly! After the sudden loss of our beloved 11-year-old bluetick coonhound, Oliver, back in November, we weren't sure if we would ever find another match for our family (people AND cat!), but Holly has been a wonderful addition and we are thrilled! We didn't know how she would be around cats, but she and our cat were instant buddies and have been hogging the couch and bed together ever since! I think he is as happy to have another dog as we are. Our two daughters (ages 7 and 4) decided that she needed some more "pink" in her wardrobe and that the tan collar we had for her just wouldn't do....so we immediately went shopping for a new collar and harness! Today we made our first trip to the vet for a checkup, and upon leaving, the vet said, "Now THAT is the best dog to have as a family dog...she has the best disposition I have ever seen!" Thank you to her foster families, and to AB&TCR for helping us find her - what a sweetie!
