We came from Buffalo NY to Ohio to pick up our new coonie in 2012. She was dirty and skinny but, oh, what a spark she had in her eye. After a while she settled in to our schedule and our two male Hungarian Vizslas were very accepting of her. It's been about 8 years now and we have since purchased a new home in the country with 40 acres for her to explore. She loves to lay in the dirt and just soak up the sun. When the Amish go by with their horses they are fully aware that this is her territory.
We love her to death and are so happy we found ABTCR. Without your help we never would have met her. She did get another brother named Loafer; we found him about a year later at our local shelter.
Thanks so much,
David
