Our family was so thrilled to welcome "Bleu", a 5 month old Bluetick (formerly "Rosemary"), 2 weeks ago! We had just lost our Black and Tan Coonhound rescue Rufus after 14.5 incredible years with the best boy ever. I couldn't imagine opening our hearts again so quickly to another but could not stop scrolling through the available dogs on the ABTCR page and crying - so torn - and our other rescue, Murphy, was badly missing his brother. I knew the moment I met her and her incredible foster mom, Denise, that it was meant to be! She is so very sweet, adaptable, loving, fun, playful, intelligent and beautiful! The added bonus was that she came to us so well-trained courtesy of Denise and her mature Bluetick, Willow. Bleu has captivated our hearts and we are beyond smitten! She brings us so much joy and we are so very grateful to the ABTCR team!
