We’re so happy to have Daisy with us. It’s been 6 months now and she makes us laugh every day. What a sweet, goofy girl she is! Daisy and Tank get along great and seem to really love each other. Tank is a good sport because Daisy loves to tease him and being older he doesn’t have the energy she does, but he tries. He is very gentle with Daisy.
I can’t tell you how much we love her. I’m constantly hugging her and it’s nice because she loves to be cuddled. I remember our first coonhound, Marvin. He was so tired of me kissing his head he would duck to get away from me, lol.
Daisy also talks a lot, well yells is more like it. She uses that great coonie howl for everything she wants. She is hilarious and she brings out a big smile from everyone around her. People are so curious about our dogs because they aren’t that common here in Kingsville, Ontario. Many ask us what they are and where we got them. I always tell them about the ABTCR and how wonderful it has been for us and so many needy hounds.
Thank you soooo much to Jayne for letting us adopt a fourth hound from you and to Daisy’s foster mom, Pat, who took such good care of her and helped her get to us from Indiana. We honestly appreciate everything you do for us and those sweet hounds.
