It's already several weeks since we adopted "Eagle", a beautiful Black and Tan that was being fostered in Middlebury, CT.
He was originally found as a stray in Ohio.
This is our second Black and Tan (Lincoln was the first, also rescued through your organization), and he is loving life!!!
We renamed him Jaco, in tribute to the very famous bass player Jaco Pastorious. I happen to be a bass player, but our Jaco's build and long legs remind us of the legendary musician.
Jaco has adapted PERFECTLY to his new home. He has an older sister named Railly, a Red Tick Hound that is 5 years old. She is also a rescue. They have quickly grown to love one another and play all the time. Jaco follows Railly around the house and on long hikes in the woods.
He is such a happy, go-lucky soul!
We love having him as an addition to our family, and thank everyone at the Rescue for helping us bring home our new son!!
