Daisy came to us in May of this year, and though her time with us was cut short by cancer, we thoroughly enjoyed the time we had with her. It is amazing how attached we became to her in only three months, but her wonderful personality was captivating. Through the summer she had many adventures with us, including a trip to the beach, camping, canoeing and walks on the state game lands trails near our house, as well as an unsanctioned adventure or two of her own. We will miss her, but we have absolutely no regrets; we are glad to have given her a home and some of the good life.
