Jarhead (formerly G.I. Joe) passed on in late May of this year. He had serious complications from severe seizures. We were with him when he was euthanized, feeding him his favorite treats up until he feel asleep. He was our first foster and then adoptee from ABTCR. He was a godsend to us over the years, a kind and wise soul. We have fostered several hounds and Jarhead was a patient, gentle teacher and leader to our other adoptees and fosters. He is much missed.
