A little over 4 years ago we adopted a beautiful 3 1/2 year old Black and Tan Coonhound named "Lola" that had been nicknamed "Lover Girl." This was so fitting because she never met a stranger and she loved everyone. After a long illness, she is now at peace. We miss the sound of her bay, her long beautiful ears and the thumping of her wagging tail against our legs. She was a wonderful girl that is missed by all that knew her. We are thankful for the time we shared our lives and home with her, but wish it could have been longer.
