It’s with a heavy heart I write this. I lost my Lucy (Victim of Love) on August 25th. We battled Lymphoma for many years, longer than they told me she’d make it. She fought so hard and was the best dog till the end. We had an amazing almost 12 years together. My sweet girl really never let go of her hate to be away from me for more than a work day. So I never left her. Travel, though sometimes tricky, always included my sweet hound. She was the joy of the dog park in my Florida years and the whole crowd would yell “LUCY” as she arrived (like her own personal Cheers show- haha). She saw me through the very hardest of times. I was never truly alone. I always, always had my girl. Nine homes, three states, countless miles and adventures. Best rescue ever.

Thank you so much for blessing me with this gal. She was everything you’d ever want in a dog.
