It is with great sadness that I have to Inform you that Ziggy Zamboni, aka Ziggy Marley has passed away at the age of 13. We adopted him from you in 2006 he was about 2 years old. Ziggy was a Black and Tan and I remember you telling us that he was rather large for a coonhound and that he was at a lean and healthy 110 pounds. I can say he was my buddy, my pal, my friend and when I was feeling a little sad or had a bad day he knew and would sit next to me and lick the sadness away. I want to say thank you for the best 11 years that I have ever had because of you giving us the opportunity to adopt Ziggy. Although I am heartbroken I know he lived a full life had the best of everything including a custom made life jacket because every morning when I took him to the beach as soon as he spotted a pelican he would try to catch him and swim until my 50 foot leash would prevent him from swimming to far. When he would bay in the early morning from a scent he caught his voice would echo, what a beautiful sound.
