West Coast Cooper is a stunning 3 year old American English Coonhound that was
dumped on the outskirts of Bakersfield by his owner who stated he
did not need him. This boy is the whole package: he is the sweetest, kindest, nosiest,
goofiest boy ever. It's obvious he was not let inside the house or given love or
treats in his three years. Everything has been new, including a nice warm
bed. Cooper is cratetrained and will sleep in his crate at night if he can see
you. He is very athletic so he would require a 6' fence. He loves everybody, especially children, and wants to just hang out with his people. Cooper gets along great with the big dog and little dog in his foster home, too. Now in good weight at 69 lbs, he is working on housetraining and leashwalking. He rides beautifully in the car.
This gorgeous boy would thrive with an active family who can include him in their activities. He is being fostered in Bakersfield.
