Otto is a handsome 3 year old Black and Tan boy waiting in a shelter in the Orlando area that needs a foster home. He was raised as a house pet and is in need of a new home following the death of his owner. He is housetrained and knows how to use a doggie door. Otto is good with other dogs and social with people.
