ABTCR Foster Needed! Meet Pawley! He is good with other dogs, cats, & kids. ABTCR is looking for a foster to help give him a chance to find the home he deserves. Pawley is currently in a municipal shelter in northeast Tennessee. ABTCR will cover all vetting and arrange regional transport to an approved foster or adopter.
