ABTCR Foster NEEDED! This handsome hound lived on a chain in Alabama. The best day of his life was the day the law came and set him free. He has already got a fan club at the clinic where he is charming everyone he meets while receiving medical care for his wounds. ABTCR is looking for a foster or adopter for this +/-3 year old gorgeous guy. He weighs about 100 pounds.
